About Me

Hi, I’m Ariel Casaretto, RMHCI, NCC

I became a mental health professional because I care deeply about people getting the help they deserve. Mental health should never feel shameful or out of reach — and that belief drives everything I do.

I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern based in South Florida. I serve in a school counseling support role in Miami-Dade County Public Schools and work part-time at a mental health agency supporting young adults.

I created Ariel Mental Health to share honest, accessible resources for kids, families, and young adults — because no one should feel ashamed for needing support.

I am not currently accepting new therapy clients.
